Charter (Golf) Membership

Members have full use privileges of the Golf Club and River Club

Current Bond Value: $75,000  (Effective July 10, 2009)

Annual Dues for the 2010 Year: $11,300

Includes: Green Fees, Golf Club Storage Fees, Handicap Fees, Locker Fees and Practice Range  

House (Social) Membership

Members have full use privileges of the River Club and Golf privileges at the Golf Club during the summer months only- May 1 through October 31 paying a House Member Green Fee and a Cart Fee each time.

Current Bond Value: $40,000

Annual Dues for the 2010 Year: $4,000

Both memberships’ categories include husband, wife and children under the age of 25. Special exceptions must be submitted to the management board for approval, i.e. disabled children over 25 and living at home.
