Golf Club Operations Staff
 Quail Valley Golf Club has brought together the finest elements of golf through our golf course, caddies, learning center and well stocked professional shop. The Professional Staff's goals at Quail Valley are quite simply to ensure that all members' days are special and all needs are fulfilled. We strive to ensure that time spent at Quail Valley will be among your most treasured memories.
Our golf staff is led by Director of Golf Don Meadows who brings over 10 years of experience in the private golf club industry to Quail Valley Golf Club. Don both competed and coached collegiate golf at McNeese State University, and previously served as Head Golf Professional at Pine Shadows Golf Center, Lake Charles Country Club (both located in Lakes Charles, La.) and most recently at Talbot Country Club (Easton, MD). Prior to these clubs, Don apprenticed at Evergreen Country Club and The Robert Trent Jones Golf Club (Manassas, Va).
Don joined Quail Valley Golf Club in November of 2007, and together with Assistant Golf Professional Nate Tyler and Professional Shop Merchandiser Melissa Calahan bring a passion to teaching, talking, playing and sharing the game of golf with club members and their guests. The golf professionals offer both individual lessons and group clinics for golfers of all skill levels.
Additionally, the Professional Shop at Quail Valley is able to enhance your golf experience by offering caddies. Quail Valley is one of only two clubs in Vero Beach who offer this amenity. Whether you enjoy walking with a caddy or the use of a forecaddie while still riding a cart, Quail Valley is able to meet and exceed your needs. Quail Valley caddies are constantly thought of as some of the best in the golf business. Many of our caddies find themselves employed at some of the finest clubs in the nation during the summer months. Some of these clubs include Winged Foot, Westchester and Burning Tree. With the help of our caddy program, the Professional Shop believes that we are able to make each members experience a memorable one each and every round.
