  • Facility & Building Maintenance


    •  Quail Valley is seeking a Full-time individual to assist the Building Facility Manager and Team with various duties.

      To include - repairs and general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, limited HVAC, changing light bulbs, power washing buildings, painting, and promote safety & cleanliness.  You will be lifting items over 50lbs, using arms and legs to stretch, lift, and walk.  Must not be afraid of heights and hold a valid driver’s license.

    • Landscape Laborers for Golf Agronomy:
      This position is responsible for doing the daily duties as set forth by the Golf Course Superintendent and/or Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
      This position reports to the Golf Course Superintendent and/or Assistant Golf Course Superintendent and/or those appointed by either Superintendent.
      Principal Accountabilities:
      1. Obeys all safety procedures as set for by Quail Valley Golf Club
      2. Keeps equipment that is available in good, clean, working condition
      3. Does jobs as set forth by Golf Course Superintendent and/or Assistant Golf Course Superintendent in a timely manner
      4. Maintains a clean golf course and maintenance complex
      5. Reports all problems regarding equipment to Mechanics and Golf Course Superintendent and/or Assistant Golf Course Superintendent

      Assistant Mechanic for Golf Agronomy:
      This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining all equipment in the Golf Course Maintenance department.
      This position reports to the Head Mechanic and exercises no supervisory authority
      The Assistant Mechanic wears a Quail Valley uniform and will provide the appropriate tolls to perform tasks.
      Principal Accountabilities:
      1. Keeps all equipment running properly and safely
      2. Keeps all cutting units sharp and at proper heights
      3. Does preventive maintenance on all equipment
      4. Maintains mechanics' area in building clean and orderly
